DBS worships metrics. If you're trying to do your job and make money for the company, it doesn't count. The metrics are more important.
Back off on the micromanagement metrics, DHR, & let Beckman make some money. Diagnostics is a medical profession, not a water treatment plant. You're going to have to "go to gemba" and see for yourself; they're different business models.
