Hi Santa
I gave it "my all" for three years under the Siemens Flag.
Long hours, no overtime pay and bad cafeteria food.
My management puts diagnostic kits on the market before they're ready...and then blames me when the customers complain.
I try to boost moral only to be shotdown everytime.
So, yes, I deserve package, a new job and a much better life considering everything I'd done for this company these past several years.
Ask yourself this, "Do I have a future with this company?"
What you do have is no growth, same work day in day out and no say in the matter.
I appreciate your response, Santa. But for your sake I hope your sleigh and toy making equipment aren't Siemens made.
