Brains > Brain Drain > Brain Dead
All that remain are the old-school Ventanimals, who can't leave Tucson (for various reasons), the untouchable Roche transplants who are only here to check off a box in their career dosier in order to move on (god forbid they actually try to make an impact) and the new hires most of which have made significant sacrifices to come down here (career and family) only to find what a snake pit the place really is.
Bravo to the few that see the situation and bailed. They are examples to all that just because you do check into the "Roche" motel, you can check out.
