Actually,neither of them care. Every company site has a few a** kissers.
But Siemens is offering a one time loan if your half paycheck isn't enough to hold you.
So what does this all mean? Siemens, DX in paricular, is tying up loose ends where it can before additional layoffs and site closures. Due to its size and redundancies, which it never removed, they just can't function like this anymore.
It's basically a bandage patch like everything else they do.
They need to get back to basics, remove much of current management and slim down but at least 1/3 in size. Way too many identical platforms (all old I might add) to maintain and losing out to newer models by the competition.
Siemens "name" was not enought to hold the marketshare. Going from #1 tso #4 in less than 7years proves that.
All the "AGENDA" this and "AGENDA" that they roll out will not fix the problems. Just very expensive short term fixes.
No one in Diagnostics takes Siemens serious anymore.
