I thought it sold for 76 per share, someone will go to jail if it does not pay at that price!!!!
Notice that it is not trading at the price. It will gradually rise to 76 as the sale becomes more of a sure thing at 76. Markets are still accounting for 76 being the price sometime in the near future but there still being a degree of uncertainty in that future.
